  I lost my PR cad when I was in a TTC bus yerterday afternoon, I am on the way to the bank because I am applying the new credit card so I taking the PR card with me. I could not find my wallet after I get off from the bus, I also went to the police station directly and reported all my lost. My report number gave by the police station is: XXXXXXXXX.

  Now I have to apply a new PR card from you, I attached the copy of my landing paper, passport, the report file from the police and my drive license, and, I also email you 2 of the new photo of  mine.
